Come and join me to dance simple steps to very beautiful music.
I will select approximately six dances for us to learn and repeat thus enabling us to drop into the stillness and the sacred within and surrounding us.
The day will be open to beginners as well as experienced dancers and will be for anyone curious to experience how dance, meditation and worship can come together.
When: Monday July 15th Cost: £30
Where: We will learn the dances in Clungunford Village Hall from 10.00 a.m.
After enjoying lunch together (please bring your own) we will recap the dances before we dance them once more in the special space that is St Cuthbert’s Church.
You are welcome to invite any friends who might like to witness the dancing in the church. We will be there between 3.30 – approximately 4.45 p.m.
N.B. The maximum number for this event will be 30 with a minimum number of 12.
